Fantastic game! I suggest to all of my friends to play it as well to be learn on how to be financially inteligence. I played the game for a couple of time and manage to get out of the rat race once as a Business Manager as my profession. It feel so great when you are free! I do own it and do like it.
I play it with my (3) 5, 8, 10 year old daughters. We also play cashflow for kids.
They are learning financial inteligence at an early age.
I just wish my wife would learn the concepts as well as my girls. She is reluctant to acquire residential rentals and hold for long term. The residential market in Florida has been rapidly appreciating for some time and with interest rates so low the time to acquire is now!

Cashflow 101 is very good !. It teaches lots of financial matters concerning about personal finance. Example, it teaches about various kinds of debts that are avaialable to us. Some are good, some are bad, and some... TERRIBLE !.
We can thus apply it in our real life, E.g. Housing Loan, Car Loan, Credit Card....
Most importantly, an "advisor" should be there to advice the players to have maximize potential on the game.

I love the game. I loved monopoly but this definitly beats it, i like real life games, ones where you make lots of money :), so this was very exciting. It is ery educational and it also simplified things for me. I really admire Robert Kiyosaki for having created the Cashflow game. Thanks a lot Robert!!!
